P.C. 2901 Driving While Intoxicated Misdemeanor 10 months $2,500 Drives while affected by drug or alcohol intoxication.

P.C. 2902 Evading Misdemeanor 10 months $2,000 Flees from a police officer in a vehicle to avoid being apprehended, detained, or arrested.

P.C. 2903 Reckless Evading Felony 15 months $4,000 Dangerously flees from a police officer in a vehicle to avoid being apprehended, detained, or arrested in a way which clearly shows blatant disregard for civilian life. This charge already implies Evading and Reckless Endangerment/Driving, do not stack.

P.C. 2904 Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle Infraction $2,000 Does not pull to the side of the road when an emergency vehicle is trying to pass with sirens enabled.

P.C. 2905 Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices Infraction $1,500 Does not obey a sign or siginal defined as regulatory

P.C. 2906 Failure to use Turn Signal Infraction $1,000 Does not use a turn signal when necessary.

P.C. 2907 Nonfunctional Vehicle Infraction $1,000 Drives a nonfunctional vehicle e.g. smashed windows, illegal window tint (Fully blacked out windows), doors, etc.

P.C. 2908 Negligent Driving Infraction $3,500 Drives in a way that is negligent, demonstrating a lack of proper regard or attention to safety.

P.C. 2909 Reckless Driving Felony 10 months $2,000 Drives in way that is careless and with gross disregard for human life.

P.C. 2910 Third Degree Speeding Infraction $1,500 Speeds in excess of 1 mph to 35 mph.

P.C. 2911 Second Degree Speeding Infraction $3,000 Speeds in excess of 36 mph to 55 mph.

P.C. 2912 First Degree Speeding Infraction $5,000 Speeds in excess of more than 55 mph. Driver's License may be subject to removal.

P.C. 2913 Unlicensed Operaton of Vehicle Infraction $4,000 Drives a car without a proper license.

P.C. 2914 Illegal U-turn Infraction $2,000 Performing a U-turn that is within City Limits, or crosses lanes of traffic.

P.C. 2915 Illegal Passing Infraction $2,000 Passing another vehicle by a shoulder, median, or solid lines. Passing must be completely made without interfering with safe operation of any approaching vehicle from the opposite direction.

P.C. 2916 Failure to Maintain Lane Infraction $2,000 Failure to maintain control of a vehicle within an appropriate lane of travel.

P.C. 2917 Illegal Turn Infraction $2,000 Performing a turn at a stop sign or red light without coming to a full and complete stop, or failure to yield to traffic and pedestrians. Making a left-hand turn where signs posted prohibit such a turn.

P.C. 2918 Failure to Stop Infraction $1,500 Failure to come to a complete and full stop at a posted stop sign, or red light. Right on red is permitted when a full stop is completed and after yielding to traffic and pedestrians.

P.C. 2919 Unauthorized Parking Infraction $2,000 Parks in a non designated area.

P.C. 2920 Hit and Run Misdemeanor 10 months $5,000 The act of causing a traffic collission and failing to stop and identify oneself afterwards.

P.C. 2921 Airspace Violation Felony 25 months $7,500 Flying in an unauthorized area, flying without a license or landing an aircraft outside helipads and airports when not responding to an emergency call.

P.C. 2922 Driving w/o Headlights or Signals Infraction $1,500 Driving after dusk and before dawn or in other poor visibility conditions without headlights or in a vehicle without brake lights or other signals.

P.C. 2923 Excessive Vehicle Noise Infraction $1,000 Creating vehicle noise that is disruptive or otherwise inappropriate, such as excessive honking, loud music, spinning tires, damaged muffler, etc.

P.C. 2924 Street Racing Misdemeanor 10 months $5000 Participating in a race with a motorized vehicle on a public street.
