P.C. 2201 Petty Theft Infraction $2,000 Steals property in the value of less than $1,000 from another person

P.C. 2202 Grand Theft Misdemeanor 10 months $5,000 Steals property in the value of more than $1,000 from another person.

P.C. 2203 Grand Theft Auto (A) Misdemeanor 5 months $2,000 Unlawfully taking a vehicle belonging to another, or driving the vehicle without the owners consent, with the intent to permanently or temporarily deprive the owner of the vehicle.

P.C. 2203 Grand Theft Auto (B) Felony 20 months $10,000 Government Vehicle: If covered in P.C. 1205, double.

P.C. 2204 Burglary Infraction $2,000 Enters knowingly or remains unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime.

P.C. 2205 Robbery Felony 10 months $2,500 Theft of money or property from an individual or business.
