P.C. 2100c Aggravated Assault Felony 15 months $4,000 Attempts to or commits serious or grevious bodily injury upon someone with a weapon.

P.C. 2101a Simple Battery Misdemeanor 10 months $2,000 Attempts to or commits a violent injury upon another person without the use of a weapon and with intent or pre-meditation.

P.C. 2101b Battery Felony 15 months $4,000 Attempts to or commits injury upon another person while using a weapon and with intent or pre-meditation.

P.C. 2101c Aggravated Battery Felony 20 months $6,000 Attempts to or commits serious or grevious bodily injury upon someone with a weapon and with intent or pre-meditation.
