P.C. 2402 Trespassing Misdemeanor 10 months $5,000 Enters knowingly or remains unlawfully in or upon government premises or private property. (Police holding, military installations, Braddoc Farm etc..)

P.C. 2403 Possession of Items Used In The Commission Of A Crime Misdemeanor 10 months $2,000 Possession of any items used in the commission of a felony, misdemeanor or infraction. This includes datapads, crowbars or drills used in a crime.

P.C. 2404 Arson Felony 15 months $5,000 The willful and malicious burning or charring of property or persons.

P.C. 2405 Vandalism Infraction $3,500 Intentionally causing damage to property they do not own

P.C. 2406 Vandalism of Government Property Felony 15 months $7,500 Intentionally causing damage to Government Property
